I’ve called Maui home since 1981 and specialize in North Shore and Upcountry Maui real estate, including Paia, Kuau, Haiku, Makawao, Pukalani, and Kula.
As a Compass Realtor, I work with buyers and sellers across Maui, with a particular focus on luxury homes, acreage estates, agricultural properties, CPR properties, and other distinctive properties that often involve considerations beyond a typical residential sale.
The North Shore and Upcountry markets are unique, and no two properties are exactly alike. Whether it’s a home in Paia, a farm in Haiku, an estate in Kula, or a CPR property, understanding the details matters. My role is to help clients evaluate opportunities, understand the market, and make informed decisions based on their goals.
For sellers, that means developing a pricing and marketing strategy that reflects both the property and current market conditions. For buyers, it means helping them understand a property’s strengths, limitations, and long-term fit before making a decision.
Over the years, I’ve also completed a number of renovation and building projects of my own, ranging from major remodels to new construction. That experience has given me a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities that often come with owning and improving property on Maui.
Before real estate, I spent many years as a professional windsurfer and later as co-owner of Simmer Style, a Maui-based windsurfing company that grew into a globally recognized brand.
Living on Maui for over four decades now has given me a deep appreciation for the island, its communities, and the lifestyles that continue to attract people here.
Whether representing a seller or helping a buyer find the right property, my focus is on providing clear information, thoughtful guidance, and steady support throughout the process. Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, and I’m grateful for the relationships I’ve built over the years.
